3. Mayonnaise	0,300	g

░ DIRECTIONS ░
1. Cleaned white chicken meat is set down to boil
2. While boiled, chop and add in the pot the carrot, celery, bay leaf, parsnip, black pepper, onion and parsley roots
3. Wait for the chicken meat to get cold and cut it in equal pieces (no bone)
4. Set it down on previously formed base of Russian salad
5. Decorate it with mayonnaise around the meat together with the olives, parsley leaf
6. You serve it as a cold appetizer
